Password Criteria
The criteria for a password are as follows:
- Must contain a minimum of 10 characters
- Must contain at least one alphabetical character, one numeric character and one upper case or special character.
- Cannot be blank or null
- Cannot be the same as the 13 previously used passwords for this site.
