Saving Plans (Level 2/3 Users only)

As a Level 2/3 user, any changes you make to a plan version may be saved.

Save as personal plan version:

Any plan version you are working with, no matter whether it is a Goad original, organisation, group or personal version, can be saved as a personal plan version.

Note: There is a limit to the number of personal plans that you as an individual user, and your client name as a whole, can store. Contact your Administrator for details.

Save replacing existing version:

Personal plans can be saved replacing the existing version. Organisation and group plan versions can be saved replacing the existing organisation or group version respectively provided that you obtained the write lock for the plan version when you opened it. You cannot save changes if you do not have the write lock.

Only one Level 2/3 user can make and save changes to an organisation or group plan at any one time. The write lock for a plan is given to the first Level 2/3 user to open the plan version. While that user has the plan version open no other user can obtain the write lock. If you open a plan for which the write lock is not available you are told which user currently holds it. As soon as the first user closes the plan version the write lock becomes available and will be given to the next Level 2/3 user to open that plan version.
