Reassigning Personal Plans (Client Administrators only)
To reassign a personal plan:
- Navigate to the Personal
Plans tab on the client administration Plan
Subscription Management screen (Client
Administration > Plans).
- All personal plans are listed on this screen. To filter
the list to show only those for a single user, select the user from
the drop down list.
- Highlight the plan you want to reassign to select
it.
- From the user drop down to the right of the plan list
select the user to reassign this plan to.
- Click Reassign.
Confirm that you do want to reassign the plan.
