Reassigning Personal Plans (Client Administrators only)

To reassign a personal plan:

  1. Navigate to the Personal Plans tab on the client administration Plan Subscription Management screen (Client Administration > Plans).
  2. All personal plans are listed on this screen. To filter the list to show only those for a single user, select the user from the drop down list.
  3. Highlight the plan you want to reassign to select it.
  4. From the user drop down to the right of the plan list select the user to reassign this plan to.
  5. Click Reassign. Confirm that you do want to reassign the plan.
